Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme 2023: Online Registration, Eligibility, Benefits
Telangana State Housing Corporation Ltd. has introduced the Telangana Gruha Lakshmi scheme to help women in the BC, SC and ST categories get financial aid for building their homes. A budget of Rs 12,000 crore has been set aside by the Telangana state government for the construction of more than 4 lakh homes. Telangana Gruha Lakshmi awardees would receive a one-time reward of Rs. 3 lakh for their home’s building.
Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme is a modern housing programme that utilises Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) to build homes on private property. Beneficiaries of this programme would receive financial assistance from the Telangana government in the amount of Rs 3,000, 000 apiece, to build a home on their own property with a 100% subsidy.

Eligibility for the Gruhalakhsmi Scheme
The eligibility requirements for the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme 2023 are listed below for interested candidates to review.
- The candidates must permanently reside in Telangana.
- For this programme, only the female family members may apply.
- Applicants must be members of the Dalit, SC, ST, BC, or minority community.
- A food assistance card is a must for candidates.
- Applicants must own land in order to construct houses.
- RCC roof residents are not permitted to apply for this project.
